- Articulate and manage a Complex Sales Cycle with responsibility for demonstrating the value of Confluent at C-Level
- Develop a deep understanding of your customers, their strategies and business goals to become a trusted advisor
- Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline as well as building robust sales strategies
- Align closely with our Solutions Engineering team on technical wins, Professional Services to deliver world-class customer experience, and Customer Success
- Management to identify and close expansion opportunities and renewals
- You'll have successfully sold complex enterprise software solutions
- You work hard and smart and understand the value of hard work, repeatable behavior, and pipeline generation
- You'll have the ability to articulate, educate and sell the business value to businesses of all sizes
- You can demonstrate the ability to use Sales Methodology and Sales Process, proven by accurate forecasts and clear communication throughout the deal cycle
- Experience developing and improving processes and managing change within an organization

About the Role:

This position has an annual estimated salary of $79,020 - $90,855 USD, a competitive equity package and is also eligible for additional commission and/or bonus pay. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
