From runners to teachers, attorneys to contractors, thousands of satisfied customers have experienced reduced foot, knee, or back pain, improved balance, and a more comfortable lifestyle that can come from premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

In addition to the outstanding experience with our product, customers often mention their incredible in-store experience with our retail employees.

Our employees' passion to help transform lives is felt by our customers as they personally fit with our premium Arch Supports that are only found in our retail stores.

As an innovative and dynamic retail company, we are driven by our vision, mission, and values. Our customers walk through the door looking for relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. Meeting the Minimum Sales Metrics and Sales Goal every month
Working towards hitting the Ideal Sales Metrics
Helping the store achieve a 90%+ demo rate
Diligently practicing the Sales Non-Negotiables
Using 100% of the internal CRM, Media Sheets, Floorboards, and other data management systems
Assisting an inventory-certified specialist checking in product deliveries
Completing opening and closing operations
Taking part in bimonthly, virtual company-wide meetings and the annual team meeting in person

Job Type:
Full-time

Average pay:
$50,000-$70,000 annually, total compensation based on an hourly rate plus commission and bonus.
Medical, dental, vision, accidental, and disability insurance offered to full-time employees after 60 days
Paid Time Off for full-time employees
Amazing retail hours are 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Saturday; closed on Sundays
Paid Saturday lunches
