Job summary

The Maintenance Director has the responsibility to ensure the community is safe, well-maintained and esthetically pleasing while in charge of completing all projects and implementation of community maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform required maintenance of all building systems, including management of preventative maintenance programs in 24/7 365 environment to ensure the community is meeting all fire/safety regulations, and is consistently in tour & rent ready order.
Uses TELS to manage, disperse and track maintenance service requests.
Maintain MSDS Program ensuring compliance with OSHA. Manage Life Safety regulations such as planning for fire drills, elopement and natural disasters to ensure preparedness.
