    Job Description Summary:

    Vascular Interventional (VIR) Specific:


    The VIR Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Radiologist for minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating.

    The technologist must have knowledge of the various imaging equipment in use including fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio


    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
    State of Ohio Radiologic Licensure. ARRT Registered.
