    We are currently hiring for a Project Manager I.

    Job Summary: The Project Manager I will organize manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's development and product and service implementation efforts.

    Job Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
    • Conducts cost analysis, risk assessments and provides recommendations to management as well as mitigate any risk associated with the project.
    • Acts as a liaison between company, internal and external customers, and vendors.
    • Communicates and collaborates with all internal and external members on a project to provide training and information related to the project.
    • Develops internal processes/procedures.
    • Prepare and provide training to relevant parties related to project assignment.
    • Coordinate, prepare and lead project status presentations and reports to relevant parties
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
    • 80% travel - Must be willing and available to travel extensively-Must have valid Driver's license
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
    • At least three years of related experience required.
    • Two (2) years of experience managing large projects or related experience
    • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Preferred Experience:
    • Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation experience preferred
