- 8:25am to 3:25pm
- Assist Teacher to ensure students' IEPs are fully implemented by providing instructional, physical, and emotional support to students 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with physical needs of special education students which may include putting on and taking off outwear, and changing diapers
- Under the supervision of the teacher, work with students by reinforcing material introduced by the teacher
- Engage children in conversation to encourage language development
- Support students in their goals to increase communication, motor, and social skills
- Demonstrated supportive approach to learning, especially when supporting students with learning disabilities and/or developmental and emotional challenges
