    We're seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Marketing and Business Development Specialist.

    This is a VERY hands-on role and this team member will be as much of a "doer" as they are a "thinker".

    Responsibilities
    Support the development of SBT's overall marketing strategy

    Collaborate with the VP of Marketing/BD to form coherent strategies and plans that span digital and advertising, content creation, public relations, and events.

    Research and analyze competitors' activities to surface findings to shape future marketing strategies and initiatives.

    Research and surface trends in recruitment and employment marketing, as well as semiconductor company marketing, to help shape future marketing strategies.

    Own digital advertising and website marketing channels

    Collaborate with the VP of Marketing/BD on digital strategies aimed at increasing traffic to the company's website and maximizing the impact of digital advertising.

    Design, create, launch, and manage digital advertising and website content designed to reach target goals.

    Monitor results and analyze data using popular tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords to generate ideas to optimize and evolve digital marketing and advertising strategies.

    Support the company's content creation and distribution
    Help develop strategy for and maintain the content calendars for all designated team members.

    Coordinate with external partners to ensure the completion of projects such as video interviews, blog posts, articles, and other media.

    Support the recording, editing, and production of interviews to ensure timely delivery of finished projects and identify ways to enhance production efficiency and quality

    Support the distribution of media produced by SBT through channels such as social media, press releases, earned media, and more.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

    3-5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B with a priority given to people with relevant experience from the recruiting industry.

    Strong understanding of content marketing and digital marketing strategies and best practices with priority given to those who have strong SEO skills
    Proficiency in analyzing data from marketing activities to assess the effectiveness of activities and surface key insights for improvement, using tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords
    A proven track record of creating and executing successful content-driven marketing campaigns.
    Highly organized with an emphasis on improving processes and workflows for extreme efficiency
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Familiarity with Adobe Premier, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or other video editing platforms is a big plus
    Graphic design skills using programs like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Canva is a big plus
