- Our client, a materials manufacturing company, is in search of a skilled HRBP to spearhead Labor Relations at their Baltimore manufacturing facility.
- Responsible for handling the day-to-day labor relations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and HR policies/procedures.
- Investigate and review labor relations matters, recommending solutions and executing strategies.
- Manage the grievance process and provide guidance on CBA interpretation and administration.
- Support organizational development and performance management.
- 5+ years of demonstrated labor relations experience at a manufacturing or distribution facility.
- SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certification, is preferred.
