Job summary
Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join their rounding physician group. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatrics, internal medicine or wound care and be comfortable working independently in community-based settings.This role offers on-site wound care and medical management for senior populations with longitudinal patient relationships and close collaboration with nursing teams.
The position requires reliable transportation for local rounding.
