Job summary
The TX Manager – Retail is responsible for overseeing all TX functions for retail stores located along the East Coast (Massachusetts to Florida), West Coast (Oregon to California), and all states in between.This role ensures consistent TX practices, compliance with labor laws, and proactive employee relations support across multiple states and regions.
Reporting to the US TX Director, this leader will partner closely with regional and district retail management to foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with the company's mission of being the GLOBAL TREND DESTINATION FOR GENZ.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across retail locations
