- Coordinate maintenance on machinery and the facility
- Troubleshooting and repairing ammonia refrigeration compressors, pumps, condensers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and control valves
- Ensure all LOTO/OSHA/FDA/GMP/RETA standards are adhered to
- Create and implement preventive maintenance programs as needed
- Work alongside quality and production to ensure product safety and sanitation
- At least 3 years of maintenance supervision experience
- Experience with production equipment including evaporators, freon, compressors, and system programming
- Strong/Proven experience with refrigeration equipment installs, repairs and regulations.
- Knowledge of RETA/FDA/GMP standards
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting
