One physician, 5 advanced providers, support staff (RNs, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff)

Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
Hospital built in 2008
60K sign-on bonus and $2K per month for resident/fellow stipend up to $24K in last year of training , also qualifying for the PSLF
