Job summary
The Engineering Services Coordination Specialist supports engineering groups by providing administrative support to ensure effective planning execution and communication across teams.This includes calendar management resource planning document preparation formatting reports and document packages maintaining MS Teams SharePoint channels sites folders operating with a high degree of independence supporting both day-to-day needs longer-term initiatives.,
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with department directors managers staff other support specialists providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Meetings Work with management prepare meeting invites coordinate schedules facilitate key stakeholder attendance book conference rooms arrange catering necessary on-site support assist compiling support documentation materials anticipate additional logistical needs resolve issues proactively minimize disruption attendees leadership.
