Irvine, CAPosition Overview:
The Litigation Attorney Business OR Real Estate will be responsible for providing litigation support for business and real estate-related legal matters.
This role will analyze legal documents, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements as necessary.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research, draft pleadings, analyze legal documents, and file motions within applicable deadlines.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on business and real estate-related litigation matters.
Present oral and written arguments in support of clients positions in court.
Provide legal opinions on the merits of cases.
Keep abreast of developments in law, particularly in the areas of business and real estate.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation.
Knowledge of business and/or real estate laws.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
