    Role Summary

    The Client Services Analyst role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients by creating and maintaining a client communication platform, engaging in cross-departmental communication, and ensuring all client needs are met. To be successful in this role, you must enjoy working with people, be highly organized, have excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, all while delivering best-in-class client experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor client accounts for performance and project future account performance based on trends
    • Responsible for collaborating internally to ensure account's performance goals are achieved
    • Identify, measure, track, and report on client specific matters
    • Serve as an escalation point of contact for client's and their needs
    • Host meetings with clients to showcase account performance or assist in general account inquiries
    • Act as liaison between the client and Intellivo
    • Become a subject matter expert in the industry
    • Effectively communicate and educate both internal and external stakeholders on accounts
    • Have a key role in the implementation process for new client accounts
    • Obtain, organize, and maintain client specific documents and contracts and their required updates
    • Generate ad-hoc reports and marketing documentation specific to company and/or client needs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Experience in healthcare preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
    • Adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must have a positive attitude
    • Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Must be highly detail-oriented
    • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft applications
