About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Operator Enablement Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between our products and the operators who depend on them. This is not a traditional developer relations role — your audience is warfighters, intelligence analysts, and mission planners, not software engineers. You'll design and deliver training programs, maintain product documentation, run recurring engagement sessions with customers, and support growth initiatives including RFI/RFP responses. You'll travel to bases, stand up in front of operators, and make sure they can get maximum value from RDP and RAIMS in real mission contexts.
