    Job DescriptionJob Title: Valve Technicians (General, Lead PSV, Lead Control Valve)Location: Midland, TX Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
    Company Overview: Join our dynamic team in Midland, TX, where you'll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading experts in valve maintenance and repair. We are dedicated to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring for three key positions: General Technician, Lead PSV Technician, and Lead Control Valve Technician.
    Positions Available:1. General Technician: Perform maintenance, repair, and testing of various valves, including relief valves, control valves, and tank vents.
    Essential Duties:
    • Follow safety and quality procedures
    • Clean, blast, and paint valve components
    • Operate equipment such as blasters, parts washers, torches, and forklifts
    • Re-machine or lap critical parts
    • Perform fieldwork as needed Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Read measuring devices
    • Document and enter job data
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
    2. Lead PSV Technician: Test and repair safety relief valves in the field.
    Essential Duties:
    • Disassemble valves and perform sandblasting
    • Field test PSV & PRV valves using nitrogen
    • Inspect, clean, and reassemble valves
    • Properly document testing and repairs
    • Maintain excellent customer relations
    • Perform shop maintenance and fieldwork
    • Climb up to 100ft and lift up to 75 lbs. Required Skills/Abilities:
    • 1-2 years of lead technician experience (5 years minimum overall with relief valves)
    • Working knowledge of pilot relief valves
    • Ability to repair spring-loaded relief valves
