    Physical Therapist

    Dayshift: 8am-4:30pm PRN


    • Must be willing to work during the week and some weekends$10,000 STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENTS


    As a Physical Therapist, at Crestwood Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPTE)
    • Physical Therapist License issued by the State of Alabama
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA)

    About the Job:

    • Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
    • Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.
    • Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.
    • Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
