Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing the food service contract. Managing the food service contracted staff, ensuring our cafeterias are being properly managed and maintained.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in foods and nutrition, dietetics, home economics, or 3-5 years' experience in management
Master's degree preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills
Proficient skills in keyboarding, data entry, word processing, and file maintenance
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing
Ability to prioritize workflow to address the multiple needs of the supervisor or the department
Ability to multi-task numerous complex administrative activities
Basic math skills
Knowledge of menu planning, food purchasing, and preparation of foods in food service environment
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to coordinate district function
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience
3-5 years' experience in institutional service management or education management
