    HireWorks is partnered with a Texas-based Title company hiring for an Escrow Assistant to support operations in their Plano, TX office.

    Description:

    • Receipt contracts; send receipted page/contracts to selling & listing agents
    • Turn in orders; request buyer and seller information per contract; scan to commitment/HOA department
    • Send commitment package to lender; order payoffs; contact with agents, new lenders, payoff lenders, clients for information and status and follow up when requested information has not yet been received
    • Schedule closing appointments; prepare Closing Disclosures (CD); send CD to selling agent and listing agent; prepare closing package; fund file; disburse file (balance file, request checks from accounting, disburse checks to all parties); prepare file and send to shipping department; will assist the front desk duties as needed
