Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics, lifting techniques, and body mechanics.
Working in an embedded client environmentConducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
Assembling solution for both short and long-term risk reductionDriving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decision-making.
Producing technical reports in a proficient and timely manner.
Promoting safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments.
What You'll Need:
A background in manufacturing processes and equipment, with hands-on experience in roles such as production team members/supervisors, process technicians, or quality control specialistsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills to effectively communicate ergonomic recommendations and collaborate with diverse teams.
