    We are looking for a results driven Director, Sales to start up and lead our sales team. This position is responsible for achieving sales and profits through the recruiting, coaching and leadership of the sales team.

    This position works closely with our Sales Consultants to promote our homes and to ensure an overall positive experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

    Are you up for the challenge? This is what it will take:
    Specific training in sales and marketing combined

    with a minimum of five years of related new home sales management experience

    .
    Top producing sales professional with a track record of success.
    Ability to inspire and manage a sales team through high standards of professionalism.
    Competitive, team-oriented individual with a strong drive for financial success.
    Professional presentation and the ability to influence a wide range of personalities.
    Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
    Willingness to apply Epcon's sales training provided by top national consultants.
