About the Sanitation Technician Role:
As part of the Food Safety Team at Hearthside, the Sanitor role is a critical foundational position to help ensure the production of safe wholesome foods. The qualified candidate will work with a variety of equipment to maintain cleanliness of the entire facility. The position consists of work which requires physical endurance and a willingness to perform manual tasks including working from heights on ladders and scissor lifts. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, mandatory overtime as needed and in a variety of operating conditions. We will train you help you be successful in this role. Hearthside Foods believe in their people and want them to succeed. Our tiered approach to wages will allow you to grow in the position both financially and from a skills standpoint. Opportunities for transfer to other HFS facilities are available for those that show integrity, diligence, and high performance.
