    Job Title

    PACU - Recovery Lounge Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide patient care support, including EKGs and assisting with daily living activities.
    • Manage laundry delivery and storage, as well as stock levels in the PACU, Recovery Lounge, and bathrooms.
    • Participate in discharge procedures, clean beds, and transfer them to the Holding Area when necessary.
    • Perform weekly cleaning tasks for the PACU and Recovery Lounge.
    • Copy forms and articles as directed, and maintain an adequate supply of patient nourishments.
    • Complete daily cleaning assignments, handle freight, and perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Clinical Manager.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required
    • Healthcare experience preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
    • Excellent physical and mental health, with the ability to walk, stand, lift, move equipment, and patients
