The Industry & Operations Global Frontline Team in Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) has an opportunity for you to join a team that prides itself on collaboration, learning energy empathy and creating wins for Microsoft and its partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a legal adviser for business clients that submit questions through our global intake channels and escalates to other CELA colleagues as needed for subject matter expert support.
- Evaluates prioritizes work tasks based on practice area goals manager input reviews business materials programs compliance with applicable laws internal policies drafts processes reviews legal documents correspondence builds knowledge of Microsoft businesses ensures legal advice aligns client strategies stays informed company compliance initiatives supports compliant-by-design approach problem solving.
