PHP Agency LLC., "PHP," is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our Dallas-based HQ team.

PHP is a life insurance field marketing organization, founded in Our CEO is entrepreneur Patrick Bet David.

PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive basket of insurance products to a diverse client base.

PHP provides a part-time or fulltime opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent.

PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate.

PHP's headquarters office is in Addison, Texas (Dallas metroplex). The company was acquired in 2022 and is now a proud part of the Integrity Marketing Group family ().

Responsibilities include coordinating licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate licensing records. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and legal counsel to facilitate the licensing process efficiently.

operations encompassing the entirety of the L&C Department and staff
Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.

Conduct random quality review of work and phone calls (if applicable) to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures and to ensure quality and accuracy of associates' work.

May take the lead on Projects as assigned.

Familiarity with NIPR and State Department of Insurance Websites preferred.
