Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.

• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in Marketing
• Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
• Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

• Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM located in Bartlett, TN

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 Per Year

About Michele Agnews Agency: Michele is a native Memphian. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School and attended Memphis State University. She is married with two grown sons. Michele is active in dog rescue and fostering, and also volunteer and support Merge Memphis which is a facility for Homeless women. She really enjoys helping people with their Insurance and Financial needs. Micheles office offers Auto, Fire, Life, Health, Pet and Business Insurance. Micheles agency serves Shelby County including Memphis, Bartlett, Cordova, Arlington, Germantown, Millington. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
