We currently have an immediate opening for a Systems Analyst at our branch location in Weston.

The ideal candidate will support our Business Intelligence group in maintaining the RealPage platform, managing day-to-day system operations, and troubleshooting technical issues.

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in financial systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to driving efficiency and innovation in our financial processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for RealPage platform questions and needs.
Analyze business needs to identify new processes and improvements that align with those needs.
Respond to requests in a timely manner and maintain balance in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a solutions expert to recommend changes that will streamline workflow processes.
Work with large data models to build analytical and reporting reports to provide insights.
Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlineIdentify training needs, create training documentation and tutorials, and host training sessions.
Connect with business departments to understanding their challenges and business objectives.
Plays a third level support role by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems.


Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Education :
Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related technology field

Experience and Abilities:
Experience with RealPage or other Property Management Systems reporting is highly desirable.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in developing formulas and data analysis techniques in Excel.
Understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software operations, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with Windows and Windows Server-based operating systems.
Proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
