Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $26.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

Position Hours:

• 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2:50pm-11pm
• 3rd Shift - Monday-Friday 10:50pm-7am

Duties include:

• Performs setups and startups on the machines.
• Ensures machines are running properly and efficiently to product a quality product.
• Performs troubleshooting to keep uninterrupted workflow.
• Removes finished products and prepares for final packaging and applies appropriate label.
• Packs and stacks products on skids.
• Completes pertinent paperwork.
• Ensures that the work area is kept clean and orderly.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum one (1) year experience as an injection molding operator.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports in English.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

•Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

• Basic computer skills.

• Must possess applicable knowledge of setup and startup operations.

• Strong leadership and training skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
