    Job Description:

    • Lead and direct a crew or team on a single job site to increase productivity, reduce waste, increase revenue, and reduce expenses while ensuring high-quality craftwork.
    • Responsible for the safety of all crews assigned and the safe execution of processes.
    • Correctly perform all distribution work, craftwork, and processes as outlined in Novinium Rejuvenation Instructions (NRI).
    • Evaluate and improve daily schedules and workflows to identify and avoid hazards.
    • Provide reports to management and customers, as directed.
    • Manage inventory control, including initial ordering, re-ordering supplies, and quarterly/monthly inventory counts.
    • Document rejuvenation and cable data into Knomentous and customer reports.
    • Assist with identifying out-of-scope requests and collaborate with Area Manager/Regional Operations Managers and Sales Managers to facilitate change-orders.
