- Develop, implement, and monitor employee compensation, to include pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios, incentive plans, etc.
- Review compensation policies and practices to ensure compliance with government wage and hour regulations. Analyze organizational pay practices and makes recommendations to ensure internal and external equity.
- Create compelling competitive benchmarking analyses and evaluate jobs independently based on market data.
- Identify problems in current compensations policies, practices, and procedures through research and develop recommendations for solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert and coordinate efforts with IT, HR Operations, Payroll, and other relevant departments to implement system upgrades and enhancements, as well as salary and other compensation structures.o Provide technical input to compensation communications and assist in communicating new and/or revised programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, and premium pay.
- Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and models' potential impact of alternatives.
- Drive the implementation of compensation programs across the organization. Ensures the business' strategic and operational initiatives are aligned with the Company's Compensation philosophy and strategy.
- Collaborate with other Compensation team members to provide issue resolutions to clients by recommending corrective or alternative actions.
- Other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Master's in HR preferred
- CCP preferred and/or PHR preferred
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated business acumen required with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build consensus across stakeholder groups.
