**What you can expect:**

In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success

+ Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk

+ Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity

+ Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management

+ Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders

+ Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology

**Your profile:**

+ Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business

+ Willingness to constantly learn and develop

+ Excellent communication skills at all levels

+ High cultural knowledge and awareness
