    We are seeking an independent and dynamic Financial Analyst to drive our Sales Commissions payment calculation process and to implement insightful analyses of the sales compensation plan performance.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO:


    Reporting to the Sr Manager, FP&A, you will manage and enhance the commission computation process to provide accurate and timely commission payouts for the sales organization monthly.

    Manage the commission calculation tool, and work with the application vendor to introduce enhancements and incremental functionality.

    Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Accounting and HR to provide analyses to support and or recommend commission plan changes.

    Assist Sales Operations in addressing enquiries from the sales team regarding calculations.
    Drive the enhancement of sales data that supports the commission calculation process.
    Reconcile commission calculations for accounting in compliance with ASC606.


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must have experience with commission calculation tool: Xactly
    Must have excellent communication skills as this is a role that will require frequent interaction with our sales organization.
    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
    Min. of 2 years experience in sales compensation or similar role.
    Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Power User.
    Adaptability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision daily.
