Job summary
The Master Level Clinician reports to the Clinical Supervisor of Clinical & Behavioral Services and is responsible for the design implementation and oversight of Applied Behavior Analysis ABA Positive Behavior Support PBS services for individuals supported in Day Residential programs This role emphasizes functional assessment data-driven decision-making staff coaching systems-level behavior support to improve quality of life meaningful outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments FBAs including record review direct observation data analysis stakeholder interviews
- Develop implement regularly update Positive Behavior Support Plans PBSPs based on FBA results
