    The Office of Student Integrity inspires students to strengthen their personal character by promoting and upholding Georgia Tech's core value of integrity.

    Job Summary

    Coordinate all office operations related to student conduct process including managing online database used by Office of Student Integrity and assigning all charges for students who are alleged to have violated the Code of Conduct and Honor Code. Adjudicate high-level conduct violations. Coordinate all outreach efforts on behalf of the Office of Student Integrity including training faculty, staff and students on OSI processes. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management, staff, faculty and students. This position typically will advise and counsel: unit management, staff, and faculty. This position will supervise: N/A

    Responsibilities

    Job Duty 1 -
    Adjudicate academic and non-academic allegations per the Georgia Tech Student Code of Conduct.

    Job Duty 2 -
    Coordinate all OSI outreach efforts including educating faculty, staff and administrators on OSI processes.

    Job Duty 3 -
    Oversee and manage Georgia Tech student conduct database.

    Job Duty 4 -
    Advise Honor Committee comprised of faculty and student hearing officers.

    Job Duty 5 -
    Serve in place of Director of Student Integrity in his/her absence.

    Job Duty 6 -
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    Educational Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Other Required Qualifications
    The job requires one who is task and detail administering experienced; flexible, and able to perform multiple, various tasks. Excellent communications skills are required as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

    Required Experience
    Four to five years of job related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    Additional Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with Advocate database system preferred

    Preferred Educational Qualifications
    Master's Degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs

    Preferred Experience
    Experience administering honor codes and/or teaching experience

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    SKILLS
    Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail and nuance. Commitment to student empowerment, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary range: $62, $67,000.00

    Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)
