We build digital foundations and then we help clients turn them into revenue engines.
Our clients range from global brands like Samsung, Michelin, Mitsubishi, FIJI Water, Pepsi, and Google to ambitious mid-market companies and new start-ups.
The Role
We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands how paid media, SEO, messaging, analytics, and AI tools connect.
This isn't a siloed PPC job.
You'll help shape growth strategy for our clients while also improving Digital Ink's own marketing efforts. Some months may be heavy on performance campaigns. Other months may involve SEO architecture, messaging strategy, landing page optimization, or jumping in to support the team where needed.
We're a small agency. We all wear multiple hats.
What You'll Own:
Growth & Performance
· Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
· Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager)
· Optimize budgets for ROI, not vanity metrics
· Build and refine email marketing and lifecycle flows
· Support SMS campaign strategy and automation
· Conduct SEO research and guide page structure and metadata
· Improve landing pages and funnel performance
· Deliver reporting clearly tied to business outcomes
· Forecast results and set realistic performance expectations
· Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and course-correct
· Build campaigns from research → launch → optimization → reporting
Copy, Content & Strategy
· Write or review marketing copy aligned with brand tone and audience intent
· Advise on social and email strategy across platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
· Support content planning and use performance data to guide improvements
· Ensure messaging aligns with conversion strategy and search intent
Client & Project Leadership
· Serve as a primary point of contact for a handful of client accounts
· Lead executive conversations over Teams and Zoom
· Translate client goals into a clear direction for the Design and Development teams
· Provide structured briefs and internal guidance with clarity
· Manage timelines using and time tracking tools
· Identify opportunities to improve performance or expand services
Workflow & Execution
· Use tools like Figma, Office365, and ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to improve efficiency
· QA deliverables and troubleshoot blockers
· Manage client needs pragmatically, balancing quality, speed, and budget
· Log time accurately and work efficiently within scope
Must-Have Experience
· 4+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or fast-paced in-house)
· Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (SEMrush or Ahrefs)
· Experience with CRM/ESP tools and lifecycle marketing platforms
· Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven adjustments
· Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing successful multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SMS, and organic), with measurable business results.
· Proven experience managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines
· Strong written communication skills, from client emails to ad copy
· High attention to detail and strong time management
· Experience using (or similar project tools)
· WordPress experience beneficial
· Based in the United States and legally authorized to work
