    *The hiring and orientation process will take place at our main office in Rush City, MN.


    • This position is 40 hours per week but could be separated into a part-time positions also. This client is located in Isanti, MN This client is a pediatric male with a trach/vent.

    Salary:
    $ $36.35 per hour


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and/or disabled patients.
    • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
    • Monitor and repost changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors.
    • Communicate with collaborating physicians' or specialists regarding patient care.

    Required Skills:

    • Educate patients about health maintenance and/or disease prevention
    • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
    • Maintain accurate patient medical records
    • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
    • Ability to build rapport with patients and their family members
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
