Health Facility Management Assistant (NY HELPS)

At Buffalo Psychiatric Center, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Health Facility Management Assistant. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks under the supervision of a director or deputy director.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, reviewing, and evaluating facility policies, procedures, and systems.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Two years of professional experience in health-related facility administration.
Ora Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field can substitute for one year of experience.
