    As a Quality Assurance Director (QA Director), you will oversee the software quality control program and ensure processes and products meet the standards set by the organization.

    The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strives for perfection, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage Conceal's software quality assurance program, including formal technical reviews, multi-testing strategy and measurement and reporting mechanisms as evidence of quality
    Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems and procedures to ensure implementation of the software quality program
    Implements software development and maintenance processes and methods to improve quality
    Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability and security standards
    Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against process requirements
    Ensures that software development is compliant with quality assurance requirements and performs process audits
    Performs technical reviews and audits to ensure quality guidelines are being followed
    Develops or modifies tooling for quality assurance testing as required to achieve software quality requirements
    Performs independent testing and verification to discover errors and ensure software meets software quality requirements
    Other duties as assigned


    Qualifications and Skills Required:
    Bachelor's and 5+ years of exp
    Experience in supporting quality assurance, systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, software development, software test processes, or program management
    Experience with test tooling
    Experience testing endpoint deployed systems (multiple OS, architecture)
    Experience testing and verifying efficacy of endpoint or network security products
    Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
    Development and scripting skills
    Experience and confidence working with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues as prerequisite to software release.
    Solid written and verbal interpersonal, communication skills and poise to brief senior management
