    Benefit Plans Analyst to our Retirement Services team.

    In this role youll support Benefit Plans leadership (plan and program managers) with the coordination and execution of plan and program management activities to meet the changing needs of Wespaths plan sponsors and participants, which may include development of strategy, plan and program enhancements, communications, metrics and plan related processes and procedures.

    Sr. Benefit Plans Analyst - Retirement Services Compensation and

    Benefits Include:
    The compensation range for this position is $97,078 - $107,865 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits.

    Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicants qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

    Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

    Minimum of 5 years of Defined Contribution experiencePreferred Requirements/Qualifications:

    Motivated, focused, and self-managing - able to work on short-term and long-term initiatives with minimal day-to-day management and oversightStrong project management skillsFamiliarity with defined contribution plan administrationKnowledgeable of IRS rules & regulationsStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with business intelligence, analytics or visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
