    Description

    Local Client has an immediate need for a Techno-Functional Oracle HCM Business Analyst. This is a Hybrid position.

    The company is going from a Legacy system to implement Oracle, so you will be responsible for the management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications, and will understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that optimize business processes.

    HCM (Human Capital Management) BSA: Experienced with support and implementation of the following Oracle HCM modules from Hire to Retire: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent, Learning, Workforce, Recruitment & Onboard, Absence.

    Bachelors degree in IT Engineering/Information Systems, or related field required.

    5+ years in a business analysis environment, focusing on Oracle Fusion applications.

    Oracle Cloud Certification in related to area of expertise and modules is a plus.

    Proficiency in databases, Excel, HCM Extract, BI Reports including RTF, eText and Excel Template, and XSL and OTBI reports.

    Excellent experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File Based Data Import (FBDI).

    Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM design studio, and customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logic.

    Excellent functional knowledge in setting up lookups, values set, work structures, area of responsibility, personalization, Business Process Management (BPM), approval, and configurations.

    Exceptional experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator

    Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM.

    Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
