    Senior Business Analyst - Have an impact

    Rare opportunity to help build a scalable operating platform from scratch You will work hand in hand with the business and technology teams to define, deliver, build and improve the technology solutions that will power Divert.

    You are an experienced, inquisitive, quick learner who confidently bridges business needs to technology solutions by eliciting, clarifying, analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.

    Your adept at translating the requirements into required technical capabilities, developing use cases, performing data analysis, managing mid-size projects, and contributing to the development of roadmaps to realize short and long-term business objectives.

    Your initial focus will be our core food diversion processes, which include solutions for logistics, transportation, finance and customer success.

    Technology solutions will include RFID, Machine Vision, GPS and industrial weighing technology.

    Your Responsibilities:
    (30%)

    Business Analysis ownership for our operations, field logistics and customer success processes. Identify and evaluate potential vendors and solutions. Benefits and cost definition along with process and technology options for achieving the business case and managing risks.

    Drive effective requirement definitions that create objective, testable requirements, resulting in business solutions that meet or exceed the defined objectives.

    Develop use cases. Conduct requirements walk-throughs to verify that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. Drive acceptance testing. Recommend options that best fit the business needs, value proposition and strategic roadmap.

    Measurably improve business process capability and performance measures for delivered projects.
    (10%)

    Attain a high re-use of technology while driving process standardization and simplification.
    (10%)

    Identifies, analyzes, and troubleshoots the root cause of business and technical issues.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree (required) with a degree in Information Technology or related disciplines preferred.
    5+ years of experience as a business analyst, 7+ years professional experience.
    Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Written must include creating BRD's, Process workflows and user guides.
    Track record of developing strong client / vendor relationships.
    Proven ability to apply continuous improvement and technology to business processes.
    Demonstrated experience Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement frameworks.
    Understanding of Agile and Lean delivery principles and how to implement them.
    Strong analytical and quantitative skills (data and financial analysis).
    Project experience with Netsuite, SFDC and transportation/warehousing solutions highly desired
