    About Our Service Advisor Role

    You will be the primary point of contact with our customers in the service lane. As a Service Advisor, you'll need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting vehicle owners, explaining the repair process, and ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

    Your Responsibilities as a Service Advisor

    • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
    • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer.
    • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
    • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
    • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
