    is seeking an Office Sustainment Support to support the Headquarters of the Secretary of the Air Force, Administrative Assistant (SAF/AA)
    This position coordinates, consolidates, develops, and maintains Office Sustainment Support governance and programmatic documents
    Primary work location is at the Pentagon in Washington DC

    Responsibilities:

    • Interface with other agencies for video, phone, computer, and IT equipment support to ensure SAF/AA communications capabilities are operable, especially capabilities that support the SAF/AA leadership

    Tasks may include setting up computer equipment, video conferencing equipment, helping with work phone set-ups/tickets (iPhones), and resetting phone pin numbers and voicemails.


    • Manage scheduling of conference rooms, conference call lines, and VTC equipment
    Provide expertise in the operation of VTC equipment.

    • Provide on-site support for general IT 90 troubleshooting and assistance with operation of IT equipment.
    • Manage office supply stock as well as the storage spaces for these supplies, e.g., closets, cabinets, identification of supply requirements and procurement recommendations, build purchase list /"carts"for Government approval and procurement, inventory stock and make budget projections.
    • Maintain and account for SAF/AA space utilization, conducting usage analysis and course of action development, briefing preparation and other support as needed.
    • Process and provide inputs for CAC/Badging requests, VAL requests, and NIPR/SIPR requests in collaboration with Government counterparts and provide in- processing support for new SAF/AA personnel

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year experience; preferably with the Air Force.
    • Must have IT experience to include setting up and resolving issues relating to computers, video conferencing equipment, and iPhones.
    • Requires a Secret clearance.
