- Lead the development of high-quality proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technical experts to gather and organize information required for proposals.
- Write persuasive and impactful proposal narratives that highlight our expertise, experience, and approach.
- Ensure proposals comply with all client requirements and deadlines.
- Develop and write content for various marketing materials, including website copy, press releases, and case studies.
- Manage and update company marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and track industry trends and competitor activity.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in proposal writing and marketing.
- Assist with presentations and client meetings as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the marketing and business development team.
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years' experience conceptualizing, drafting, editing, and submitting proposals to various government entities, not limited to State, County, Local, and Federal. Industry experience preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in proposal writing or marketing is a must.
