Job Description: Mercury Group Staffing is seeking dedicated Respiratory Therapists to join a team in Lebanon, PA, for a 13-week contract. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $52.50 per hour and involves working night shifts with flexibility for weekends and holiday schedules as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional respiratory care services to patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses to therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective respiratory care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in respiratory therapy.

Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in respiratory care procedures, including assessments, treatments, and equipment operation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
