    Behavioral Health Network and Square One have joined forces in finding the next great Clinical Supervisor for Square Ones Early Education Cornerstone Team As a member of the Cornerstone Team , the Clinical Supervisor will work in partnership with the teachers, family, and other team members to address the social/emotional, developmental and cognitive needs of children with histories of special needs diagnosis, childhood trauma and adverse childhood experiences.

    Square One s core belief is that children who begin learning early become better learners for life.

    In fact, there is a direct correlation between a high-quality early learning experience and long-term educational success, gang prevention, substance avoidance and financial independence.

    However, trauma and adverse early experiences significantly interfere with a childs ability to engage in high quality early learning opportunities and develop critical life skills.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    In collaboration with King Street director, oversee clinical services in the Cornerstone Program.
    Supervise therapeutic interns and additional staff as team expands.

    Work in collaboration with Cornerstone Team to deliver tailored program sessions for individual and/or small groups of childrenSupport families in delivery of services, implementation and understanding of IEPsDevelop and implement individualized services plansCollection, recording and analysis of dataProvide necessary training, to Square One staff, to support children in the classroomCoordinate services with outside therapistsMonitor individual child progress and collaborate with outside therapists and Square One StaffCommunicate verbally and in written form with Square One staff and family members to ensure coordinated and consistent service deliverySupport integration of individuals in classroom settings as well as program and family activities.

    Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, family meetings and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:
    Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Mental Health related field required .Independent License in LMHC or LICSW required.

    Training and course work related to positive behavioral supports, learning and behavioral therapy, child development and range of comprehensive interventions for children with autism preferred.3 years experience working with children 2-5 years of age.1-3 years experience in designing and implementing behaviorally based therapies for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).1-3 years experience using data-based decision-making including data collection, evaluation and analysis.

    Ability to work cooperatively and as a member of a team with parents, staff, and the community-at-large.
    Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
    Flexibility with hours is necessary.

    This is an 100% onsite role and is located at King Street, Springfield, MA.Must have sufficient mobility to meet the needs of children.

    Valid drivers license required and vehicle available during all working hours. Vehicle registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00. required.
    Travel between sites expected as needed to meet with staff.
