    Minimum Requirements:

    Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

    Years Required/Preferred Experience

    • 8 Required Expert translation of business requirements into technical specifications and document business needs to technical specifications
    • 8 Required Advanced Excel skills and specific experience with developing complex workbooks with many linked sheets, weighted scoring roll-ups
    • 6 Required Advanced BI dashboard build-outs, administration, and enhancements to all products created. Advanced data source administration that feeds the BI solution (SQL)
    • 4 Required Workflow experience developing SharePoint workflows and PowerAutomate workflows, debugging, servicing, and production support of the workflows. Adv SharePoint functions like polling, report building, dynamic data pulls and scripted or automated functions
    • 4 Required Developing, building, and deploying databases and data analytics platforms
    • 4 Required Transitioning financial and operational management data and reports from Excel to PowerBI
    • 4 Required Writing queries; and integrating Power BI reports into other applications as needed.
    • 4 Required Technical and business analyst experience, including development and working with staff to create and implement procedures
    • 4 Required Experience extracting and analysing data from large, complex applications
    • 4 Required BSc/BA in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or relevant field
    • 1 Preferred Experience with Federal, State, or Local government data reporting; with strong understanding of state government.


    The Client needs one worker to assist in the creation of technical solutions for Finance, Business Relationship Management (BRM), and the Client needs.

    The solutions will be created using SQL, Excel / power pivot, or other database environments to consolidate financial and IT tracking data into reports, dashboards, SharePoint sites and document repositories.

    Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Tableau and/or Power BI, Power Automate, will be used by the worker to create dynamic visualizations that help management understand and manage operations and project costs and automated workflows.


    The worker also needs to develop requirements gathering documents that translate into best practices for advanced data quality and data analytics with uniformly governed data integrity.

    The worker will coordinate efforts with Client Groups (Finance team, Client Project Mangers, other users, and developers) to identify and map requirements to capture and report data and processes in a meaningful way for users and decision makers.

    The worker will need expert development skills in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel development, to develop solutions across the Client landscape.

    The Worker will also participate in identifying and documenting business processes and be able to translate these processes into PowerAutomate workflows.

    The Workers must have demonstrated advanced experience with Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau and other reporting tools. The worker must also update and maintain any product produced while under contract.
