Job Description
A Pullman based client is seeking an ENT specialist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice.
Candidates may be new graduates out of residency, should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages.
Candidates will need both a WA and ID state medical license.Required Qualifications
WA and ID medical license as an MD or DO
Completion of an approved residency program
Board eligible or certified
DEA certificate before start date
CPR certification
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, and throat, including hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, voice disorders, and sleep apnea.
Interpret diagnostic tests, such as hearing tests and imaging scans, to determine the nature and extent of a patient's condition.
Counsel patients and their families on treatment options and expected outcomes.Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and speech therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records, including progress notes, test results, and treatment plans.
Stay current with the latest developments in the field of otolaryngology by attending conferences and continuing education courses.
Participate in quality improvement activities, such as peer review and chart audits, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
