Talento Search Group has an opening for a skilled Maintenance Technician based in Monroe, North Carolina. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position with a starting pay of $22 - $30 per hour depending upon experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support of automated manufacturing equipment
• Assist with equipment installations/setup
• Troubleshoot / repair of control system failures
• Ability to program/edit/ troubleshoot PLCs
• PM/Reactive maintenance of mechanical systems

Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in a manufacturing setting - stable work history
• Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automation or Similar or a combination of experience & education.
• Proven experience with PLC controls systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
